The Network Clipboard is a utility tool that is essentially a shared clipboard between multiple users on a network. It's been designed to be very easy to use. You should just be able to open it up and start using it.
More information will be posted here when available.

Version 1.4.0-Alpha
This version is the most up-to-date, and is fairly stable. It is in Alpha version, which means that all of the major features for this version have been implemented. If you are using this version, though, you will probably notice some weird side effects, like that it creates all sorts of temporary files that it doesn't delete. You can, of course, delete them yourself, though. Feel free to give it a try.
Version 1.3.0
A version of Network Clipboard 1.3.0 was created, but still needs to be uploaded here. This version added support for sending images.
Version 1.2.0
This version is the latest completely stable version of Network Clipboard. However, it does not have support for transferring images or files — only text. But if that's all you are doing, I'd recommend using this one until the other version gets a little more stable.

Version 1.0.0
This is the original Network Clipboard program, which I made over a weekend. It's pretty basic, and doesn't really have any features beyond just the basic functionality.
Current Status
This project is not currently in active development anymore. Right now I'm concentrating on updating the XNA tutorials. When they are done, I'll come back to this project. The project is not completed yet, and so, of course, if you have any suggestions, let me know in the comments section below.
Are you going to post NetworkClipboard 1.3? I can't find it anywhere and that is the one that could do files. 1.4 doesn't seem to work on my network. :/
