I've been told you need to create an account if you go through CreateSpace, which, admittedly, is pretty frustrating. I don't think there's much I can do about that. Also, you apparently can't use PayPal through CreateSpace. (My opinion of CreateSpace is now significantly lower than it was before I realized those two limitations…)
For what it's worth, you can also get the book through amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, and amazon.es. It's still only in English (no translations yet) but if you're over there in Europe, and that makes a difference on shipping costs, that's worth considering.
There is not currently an eBook/PDF option available, but I expect to release one. It's actually a bit more complicated than just releasing it, and I'm trying to figure out exactly how to get that done, and what places to do it at. I expect it to be cheaper, since manufacturing won't be an issue, neither will shipping.
If you/anyone is wanting it on a specific platform (iOS, Android, Kindle, etc.) please let me know so that I can prioritize my efforts. Also, if you are planning on NOT buying a physical copy, and you're waiting on a digital copy, please let me know that too, again, so that I can prioritize my work.
