Direct3d acceleration not working

**Hi all, I was working on windows xp and then formated my laptop and setuped windows vista the problem here is that the Directdraw acceleration and direct3d acceleration options arenot available as you can see in the image (after opening dxdiag) 
and therefore xna games cannot work because there isnot a direct3d acceleration so please anyone can help me and thanks in advance **
