Performance drops incredibly

When I try to do this i get like 15 FPS.
Is there any way to increase performance.

I found a solution: I was initializing the target every time I drawed.
It now works better but not as fast as before

Just a quick notice: the following excerpt ought be changed to reflect that ‘11 - Post-Processing Effects’ now does. ;)

I'm planning on putting a few tutorials in the HLSL and Effects Tutorials category that use this, but I haven't done that yet, so you might want to check back there later.
