I created an entire terrain generator along with a bunch of math worked out.. if you click the downloads link you may (or may not) be able to make out what exactly I did as far as creating the terrain generator.. I spent over 3 hours JUST making the excel sheet and havent implemented it into the game yet.. when I do, if it works correctly.. I will claim "The Thinker!", and that is a big accomplishment for me!

Ive already learned alot this competiton, one of which was what Sine, Cosine and Tangent means.. thanks to RB.. Ive also learned Some collision detection.. but havent used it yet.. and am getting alot more into classes than previously!!

I will be working with my Older Brother Shane and we will be making a Healthy Mix between Lunar Lander and Thrust with plenty of our own originality…

Tropes:
We are going to using all of the tropes, especially Newton's Laws and You need more Vespene Gas.

Current State:
Lots and Lots of fluff code is done..
For example.. you can re size your window and it wont change the game at all.
We have Movement controls,
Working on Terrain

First Goal: Winnable Game.

  1. Create Base Player
  2. Create Basic Terrain
  3. Create Goals

Second Goal: Unwinnable Game:

  1. Create Infinite Levels
  2. Create Increasing level difficulty
  3. Create Scoreboard

Third Goal: Extra Stuff

  1. Create More Goals
  2. Create More Mechanics
  3. Create More Stuff
