No sprite sheets at this time. You'll have to manually split the images apart into individual images. It's a good feature suggestion though!

Multiple things in a cell. Right now, you can only put one tile (object) in a cell. This is a feature that will likely be added to version 1.1, but it won't be added to version 1.0.

I would imagine that means that spritesheets are not supported at this time. Sorry 8-(
